We hope you love your Norativ essentials. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.

RETURN PERIOD

You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to return it for any reason. The return shipment must be postmarked within these 30 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Item must be suitable for resale

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Email us at info@norativ.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photo of the item (if defective)

We'll send you return instructions within 1 business day.

REFUND OPTIONS

Option 1: Store Credit (Fastest + 15% Bonus)
Get your refund faster and receive 15% extra value as store credit. Once your return is processed, you'll receive a digital gift card within 2–3 business days. Valid for 12 months.

Option 2: Refund to Original Payment Method
Refunds typically take 7–10 business days after your return has been processed. Once issued, you'll receive an email confirmation. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 3 additional days to appear in your account.

EXCHANGES

We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or color. Email info@norativ.com to arrange an exchange. We'll send you a replacement as soon as we receive your return.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info@norativ.com. Include photos and your order number. We'll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

  • Underwear and socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items returned worn, washed, or damaged (unless defective and reported within 48 hours of delivery)

Returns not meeting these conditions will be rejected and returned to sender at your expense.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping is at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your receipt.

Important: We are not responsible for customs charges, import duties, or taxes on returns. You are responsible for all associated costs.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Returns are processed within 10 business days of arrival at our warehouse. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund or store credit has been issued.

For refunds to your original payment method, please allow up to 7 additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
