90-DAY GUARANTEE

You have 90 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund. That's three full bottles — long enough to actually find out whether it works for you.

We set it at 90 days on purpose. This isn't a stimulant, so nothing happens on day one. Most men notice something in the first week or two, and the steady baseline builds over two to three months. Thirty days wouldn't tell you anything.

EMPTY BOTTLES ARE FINE

Take the whole thing. Finish all three bottles. If it did nothing for you, you still get your money back.

You don't need the original packaging and you don't need to explain yourself.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email info@norativ.com with your order number and one line about what didn't work for you. That second part is optional, but it helps us.

We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.

Fastest option. Your credit is issued within 2 to 3 business days and is worth 15% more than you paid. Valid for 12 months.

Back to your original payment method
Processed within 10 business days of your return arriving. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 7 additional days to show up in your account.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email info@norativ.com with your order number and a photo if you have one. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full at no cost. This has nothing to do with the 90 days.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping is at your own expense. We recommend a tracked service.

If your return is under $50 in value, email us first — in most cases we'll refund you without asking you to ship anything back, because the postage costs more than the product.
